Handling Off-Road Terrain in the Ford F-150

The Ford F-150 protects your drive around Alexandria with many driver-assist systems. Adaptive Cruise Control, for example, puts you at a safe distance from the car in front, even slowing you down and speeding you up to keep up with changes in traffic speed. The Blind Spot Information System eases lane changes by telling you when a vehicle has entered your blind zone.

For extreme off-roading, the Raptor trim of the F-150 includes FOX Live Valve monotube shocks that rely on bypass tech so you can maximize your off-road experience and control. Their solenoid valve delivers variable compression continuously, so the shock automatically adjusts to varying off-road conditions.

The Raptor also includes a Terrain Management System™, so you can define how multiple automotive systems respond through seven selectable modes. We can go over these modes with you at Ourisman Ford & Lincoln.
